A pretty weak GoGo in Nana Entertainment Plaza. Part of the Crown’s Group bars where the owner’s have a “If all my bars suck, so what, they still make money because there are enough ignorant tourist that aimlessly wander into one of the many that I own” strategy. It’s a medium-size GoGo with plenty of seating and the usual annoying door wankers.

Getting There: Take BTS to the Nana Station. Walk towards Soi 4 and then make a left on Soi 4. Nana Entertainment Plaza will be on your left across from Nana Hotel. Hollywood Rock is on the ground floor on the right.

    This bar has seriously upgraded its drink menu! I was in there last night and had the pleasure of drinking my very first 1,000-baht beer. I must be a crass prole, because I couldn’t taste the difference.

    However, I know it must have been one wondrous brew, because the terrifying ladyboy who came back with my empty change tray was very insistent that my one-beer tab had sucked up the entirety of the Kingdom’s largest banknote.

    The young waitress in attendance was looking at me apologetically as I left, no doubt pitying my low-brow inability to enjoy such expensive refinement.

    The bar will be happy to know they won’t ever have to suffer my neanderthal graces again.
